Summers Walk

This 10.5-acre parcel—originally zoned R-SR in 2018 as part of a larger 25-acre assemblage—was refined in collaboration with Gwinnett County in late 2024 to support a smaller-scale, age-targeted 55+ community. The plan lays out 27 lots with minimum 50-foot lot widths and lot sizes starting at 5,000 square feet. A natural creek runs through the property, and residents will have direct private access to Rabbit Hill Park. First homes are expected in Spring 2027.
