Managing Partner / Civil Engineering

Wesley Warbington

Wesley holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Georgia. Throughout college, he gained experience across the development process—from working with a custom home builder and large general contractor to gaining field experience in land surveying. After graduating, he moved into software engineering, contributing to projects for companies like Toyota, Amazon, and Tesla.

Wesley is building Verterra in the community where he grew up, with a vision of using his background in technology to innovate in the land development space.

Managing Partner / Finance

Will Warbington

Will brings a background in finance, technology, and real estate to Verterra. A graduate of Berry College with a degree in Finance, he started his career building SQL-based financial and sales reporting dashboards in SAP Business One, gaining hands-on experience with business systems and data analysis.

He later transitioned into commercial development, focusing on land acquisition and project management for a firm specializing in single-tenant retail. This role sharpened his skills in market evaluation, site selection, and navigating the early stages of the development process. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.

Will is building Verterra with the purpose of creating thoughtful, creative, and well-executed residential communities.
